In Review: Schleich Dinosaurs

We were very fortunate to once again be sent some Schleich products to review.
On this occasion, we received the Feathered Raptors set, along with 2 smaller loose dinosaur figures.

The Feathered raptor set comprises : Velociraptor, which most of us should be familiar with thanks to Jurassic park!, along with the lesser-known Utahraptor & microraptor. Sticking with the realism that Schleich is famous for, the dinosaur figures have fine detailing of feathers on there arms & bodies. In recent times paleontologist boffins have held the belief that dinosaurs had a more bird-like appearance than reptile.

If you notice from the top left picture, the vibrant box features a nice dinosaur world background, I also like how the figures are not "over-packaged", additional to the cardboard case, is one small piece of plastic to support the larger dinosaur, & a few of those ties that wraparound the toy. The Schleich loose figures are unboxed with barcode & 3+ age range on an attached sticker.

I've said before, but Schleich toys combine being good fun , along with educational value. They are high end toys & come at a price that while being more expensive than other non-branded figures, are still affordable. (The feathered raptor set R.R.P is £13.99, with the smaller figures at around the £3 mark).

Our kids loved these, even our 7 year old who is usually more for princesses & unicorns enjoyed playing with these figures, & i would happily recommend them to any parent.
