The Big Lego Challenge

We are thrilled to be taking part in the Debenhams LEGO challenge. Last week we were sent some Ninjago to create something, anything within 15 minutes! We were also sent a handy little timer which was very useful!

As the LEGO set was more for older children i decided to let Amelie have a go at creating something by herself, Lottie wasn't too bothered as this meant she could have a go on Amelie's tablet while she was busy!!

Amelie decided to try to make a motorbike, but having only 15 minutes to create it she was really feeling the pressure, and i don't think it came out exactly how she would have liked it to, but i thought it was great! I couldn't have done it better myself!

Amelie's dad is a lover of LEGO and he is looking forward to building the real Ninjago Rock Roader himself,  if Amelie lets him that is!!

By taking part in this challenge we are in with a chance of winning lots of LEGO from the fantastic Debenhams LEGO range.  Imagine how quiet that would keep my 3 LEGO loving lovelies!

Dear Bear and Beany

  1. I really wish my daughter enjoyed Lego! We might buy her a small set see how she gets on!

  2. What a great idea to inspire children (and adults!) to be creative #SharingtheBlogLove

  3. Good luck! My girls love playing with lego!

  4. My eldest daughter has just started to enjoy lego and I dread to think what she would make in 15 minutes. Probably something unrecognisable. I think she did a great job. Thank you for joining us at #SharingtheBlogLove

  5. What a great challenge! I always loved playing with lego and my son is clearly going to be into it soon, although he's more at the Duplo stage at the moment (when I say Duplo stage, what I normally mean is, empty the box all over the floor and put three bricks together before wandering off!) Thanks for joining us at #SharingtheBlogLove

  6. What a fab challenge! My eldest loves Lego Ninjago as does my stepson! Thanks for sharing with #SundayBest x
