I have never really been one to experiment with different brands of stretchmark cream/lotions. I did pick up one from Asda when I was pregnant with Amelie, and again with Lottie, but never really found that they did much, and they expected them to magically make all my strtechmarks disapear, well, not for a £4 bottle anyway!
I was quite excited about trying out a top brand Stretchmark cream for the first time ever, I jumped at the chance to review this one from Remescar.
I had read reviews from other bloggers about top brand stretchmark creams and how quickly they noticed a difference.
The hardest thing about using stretchmark cream for me is actually remembering to apply the cream twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night.
I have been using the cream now for a few weeks, still forgetting to apply twice a day but we are getting there!
I don't usually like how creams and lotions feel on my tummy, especially if I need to get dressed right away, which I always do! This cream in particular doesn't seem to bother me as much as others do, it soaks in very quickly and doesn't leave you with that sticky feeling. It also has a very nice, not too strong scent.
Remescar stretchmark cream can be used on the abdomen, breasts and thighs, it uses the same silicone gel that doctors use to help heal scars. It creates a strong protective silicone barrier over the scar and helps it hydrate and heal.
I would highly recommend this Stretchmark cream to women wanting to get rid of their stretchmarks even after having their babies.
Remescar is available from Boots priced £24.99
