Stagecoach Childrens Drama School

Today I thought i'd blog about my daughter's latest after school club... Stagecoach.

Amelie is a normal happy and very hyper 6 year old, just like any other! She enjoys going to school and making new friends and after school clubs. There is just 1 thing she doesn't enjoy, and that is social interaction. Amelie has been a very shy child since the age of 2, she does not enjoy talking in public or talking to adults she doesn't know well. She is the sort of child who will not put her hand up in class to answer a question that she knows the answer to, even if she really wants to.
The worst thing about her severe shyness is how she wants to but wont get involved at her friends Birthday party's. A few weeks ago we decided that Drama classes would be great for building her confidence. We spoke to her about joining a drama class and decided to try Stagecoach as it seemed to be very popular.

The class is held every Friday in the local College, it runs for 1 and a half hours. Half hour of each, Singing, Dancing and Drama.
After much persuasion  Amelie joined the class, she was reluctant at first but after her first class she couldn't wait to go back the following week! It is too early to tell if Stagecoach has helped Amelie as she only joined 3 weeks ago, but we are very hopeful and so glad she is enjoying the class and has made new friends.

Stagecoach is a nationwide drama school for children aged 4 to 18.
They have two seperate classes, a class for children aged 4 to 6 years lasting for 1 and a half hours, and a class for 7 and up running for 3 hours.

The prices are reasonable and they even do sibling discounts.
Uniforms are on sale at the centre and are great value for money.
